I know the begin coordinate ,the direction and the distance of next coordinate ,how do i get the next coordinate??
do the mapwingis 6 has a function??

That can be a complicated answer, due to the various projections preserve different information (i.e some preserve area, shape, distance). If you are using a UTM projection then you can determine the final coordinates by creating a right triangle.
You direction would be your angle and your distance would be your hypotenuse, this will allow you to determine the change in X and Y.
Hope that helps

What type of projection are you trying to do this for?

try dis code in VB
NEW Coord (X) = Beginning coord (X)+ Distance*math.Cos(Direction)*math.PI/180
NEW Coord (Y) = Beginning coord (Y)+ Distance*math.Sin(Direction)*math.PI/180
