when I start Mapwindow GIS 6 , or I try to download extensions from online , I always get such a message. 

the message says:

skipping extension Newtonsof.Json, version=4.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null. Die Datei oder Assembly "System.Xml, Version=2.0.5.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=7cec85d7bea7798e" oder eine Abhängigkeit davon wurde nicht gefunden. Das System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden.

my system: Win 7 Phome Premium 64bit - German language.

can someone tell me how to fix the problem.

This problem manifests itself with the EPA Delineation extension.

You can

1) Uninstall the EPA Delineation extension 

More recent versions of MapWindow 6 will not have this problem (but we haven't updated MapWindow 6 quite yet).

Please browse to (Win+R) %appdata%\MapWindow.exe and delete the extensions folder.
